Private Ticketed Events

By purchasing a ticket to any events facilitated by Taylor Lauryn, The Alley Katz Speakeasy, and/ or Galveston Music Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please read the policies thoroughly before making a purchase.

1. Admission and Identification
Admission is limited to guests 21 and over for all events where alcohol will be present.
All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID at the door.
The event is general seating with limited VIP table reservations available.
All purchases are carried out on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Seating preferences cannot be guaranteed.
All seating upgrades and changes will be subject to additional charges.
2. Entry Policy
Doors open thirty (30) minutes before showtime unless explicitly expressed otherwise.
To maintain the listening atmosphere, no entry will be permitted after the performance has begun.
Re-entry is not guaranteed once you leave the venue.
3. Alcohol and Beverage Policy
This venue does not supply or facilitate the sale of alcohol.
Guests may bring their own beverages in accordance with the venue (including but not limited to Alley Katz Speakeasy and Galveston Music Co.) and state laws.
Corking fees may apply in addition to ticket purchases. Corking fee purchases are limited to one per ticket per person.
All bottles must be checked/ accounted for through a voucher system.
Strict bottle limitations apply (size, quantity, etc.). Please see Beverage Service Policy

No coolers or kegs will be permitted.
A “No Bottle Left Behind” policy is in effect for all events. See Beverage Service Policy for details.
4. Venue & Event Conduct
This is an intimate live performance; guests are expected to be respectful of the performers and others. Unsolicited commentary, shouting, or heckling from the audience is greatly discouraged. Misconduct is subject to refusal of service and/or surrender of attendance.
Attire: Evening/casual
Due to the intimate space, obstructive headwear/hairstyles are discouraged. Large hats (ball caps, cowboy hats, top hats, feathered headwear, etc.) must be removed once the performance begins. Please refrain from using excessive fragrances.
5. Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales and purchases are final and non-refundable.
Force Majeure: If the event is delayed, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the venue or performers’ control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions, etc.) the event will be rescheduled. Tickets will remain valid for the new date; refunds will not be issued in the case of a force majeure occurrence.
In the unlikely event of cancellation beyond Force Majeure, full refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days.
6. Photography & Recording
Professional photography or audio/video recording is not permitted without prior consent.
Guests are welcome to capture brief personal moments, but please do so discreetly and without flash.
•Media Release: By attending, all guests, performers, and participants consent to photography, video, and audio recording during the event. The organizers retain full rights to use, edit, and distribute these materials for promotional or archival purposes, in any format, without restriction or compensation. Attendance constitutes a waiver of any right to review, approve, or limit the use of recorded media.
7. Liability
By attending, you agree to release the event organizers, performers, venue, and venue staff from liability for any loss, injury, or damages to you, including but not limited to personal injury and personal property.
Beverage Service Policies and Guidelines
This venue does not supply or facilitate the sale of alcohol.
This venue does not condone the consumption of alcohol by minors.
Anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited from attending events where alcohol is present.
Violation of this rule can result in a forfeited ticket with no refund/exchange.
1. Personal Beverages
Guests may bring their own beverages in accordance with the venue (including but not
limited to Alley Katz Speakeasy and Galveston Music Co.) and state laws.
2. Bartender Service
A bartender will be available for beverage service, pending venue availability and staffing. This amenity is subject to change without prior notice. Should bar service be unavailable, refunds, rebates, discounts, or exchanges will not be issued.
Responsible Consumption: Guests are expected to drink responsibly and maintain respectful behavior at all times. The organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny service or request that any guest leave if their behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive to others.
Our goal is safety: Guests who appear intoxicated or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the event at the discretion of the organizers or venue staff. Any remaining alcoholic beverages will be safely secured and made available for later pickup. Options for safe travel will be available.
3. Corking Fees and Bottle Restrictions
Corking fees may apply in addition to ticket purchases. Corking fee purchases are valid for one bottle and limited to one per ticket per person.
All bottles must be checked/ accounted for through a voucher system.
Attendees must have voucher to retrieve personal bottles after the event has concluded.
Strict bottle limitations apply.
The purchase of one (1) corking fee allows attendees to bring one (1) of the following:
One (1) 750ml bottle OR
One (1) 375 ml bottle OR
One (1) 200 ml bottle OR
Four (4) miniature bottles measuring 1.7oz each OR
One (1) six pack of beer measuring 12oz each
Extra bottles will not be permitted and the attendee will be asked to remove bottle from premises.

Outside mixers will not be permitted. Complimentary mixers will be availble at the bar station.
No coolers or kegs will be permitted.
A “No Bottle Left Behind” policy is in effect for all events. All bottles left after the designated check-out time will be forfeited to the venue.
5. Service Limitations
Bartender service and beverage consumption must conclude at the designated end time of the event, in accordance with venue policy and local regulations.
Last Call Policy: Limitations on final service will be expressed at the beginning of the event and throughout.
No Outside Mixing: Guests should not self-serve mixed drinks using venue-provided tools or bartender space unless explicitly expressed otherwise. Guests are not permitted to bring personal mixers.
Service Refusal: Bartender reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
Open Containers: Beverages must remain within designated event areas; no open containers may leave the premises.

A violation of any of these rules can result in a forfeited ticket with no refund/exchange. Guests may be asked to exit the event.
